ANTI BALLISTIC 

KAYPLA shield used in Anti Ballistic for personal or Armor Protection spall-liner. The impact resistant strength of 360 Mpa at density of only 0.9 kg/dm3 Deliver proven performance strong yet very lightweight.

The force-time impact curves of KAYPLA show a comparative between the different self-reinforced thermoplastics.

  • Draw ratio between 16 up to 40, draw ratio determines properties and elasticity.

  • Easy form-processing; Minimal shrinkage during                  form-pressing.

  • Very high strength to weight, superb impact strength, also at very low temperatures.

  • Neo - HDPE is 100% recyclable as it does not contain any impurities or foreign materials.
